You may now access the Westfield Land Records by clicking ONLINE ACCESS.

The cost to print a watermark free record from our online portal is $2.50 per page. You are able to pay online through a secure payment portal. We have scanned back over 40 years. For older records continue to use the indexes below and email your request with the book and page(s) to townclerk@westfield.vt.gov. We respectfully request you only email requests for older records not included in our new portal. Property owners may stop in or call the Town Clerk/Assistant Town Clerk for assistance.  

The newest land records may not show up in a search the same day we process them. Please refer to the daylog linked below for the most up-to-date information. If you are working on a closing, please email townclerk@westfield.vt.gov or call the office at 802-744-2484 to make sure you have the most recent recorded documents. At this time, tax bills and lister cards are not available online. Please email or call for these items. 

If you need an up-to-date scan of the daylog, please email or call the office and it will be provided at no charge.
